They described the various food chains in this world and asked, “Oh sinless men, as God and your father directed you to protect people, how come you destroy their food?”.

They urged them, “as your father, grand father and great grand fathers observed compassion towards all beings, you too follow their path. Drop your anger”.

“As parents to the child, eyelid to the eye, husband to a woman, Grihastha to the Sannyasi, learned to the ignorant, the King must be a well wisher to his people”.

Lord Chandra states, “Sri Hari dwells in every heart of the mobile and immobile in this creation. So, see every one and every thing as His abode. Then Bhagavan will be pleased by you”.

Bhagavatham further states the necessity of conquering anger, because that alone makes you a seeker of the Self. That helps you transcend all Gunas.

To soothe their ‘still persisting’ ill feeling, Lord Chandra further offers Marisha (daughter of Trees) in marriage to the Pachethas.

Note:  We come across very precious, practical wisdom here. The whole planet is under fire as trees and forests are devastated. Isn’t it the duty of all rulers to protect them like other living beings on earth?
