Arjuna instructed Krishna, the charioteer, to place their chariot between the two armies, specifically in front of the less-coordinated Kaurava chiefs like Bhishma, Drona, and others. When pride, arrogance, and overconfidence overpower the mind, it begins to act unintelligently and impulsively. Such a mind fails to see the consequences of its actions.
