As stories of Priyavratha’s lineage was over, now King Parikshith wanted to know about Uthanapada’s lineage.
He asked, “How did the Lord expand this creation?”.
Sri Suka welcomed and complemented his prayerful question.
Then the story of Prachethas repeats here, which we have already seen in the Fourth canto, Thirtieth chapter.
We will look into some more aspects of their story.
Note: The prayerful question will always be greeted with delight. Any teacher would love such questions from the students.
We are emphasising this point here, because, many people keep on asking unnecessary questions, especially to show off their knowledge.
A wise teacher would not answer such questions, but mostly ignores them.
Here, Sri Suka is inspired to deliver more knowledge to King Parikshith.
So, knowing the skill to ask questions properly is a sign of wisdom.
