Hari Ohm.Thidheeksha doesn’t imply suppression of anything but rather sublimation which means diversion of all thoughts to positive thoughts and manthra. When one continuously practice manthrajapam ,the attention and attraction to sensual plasures would fade away. Later even such pleasures will not stimulate or distract the mind, like a child who is totally immersed won’t be tempted by exciting food because of the involvement in the game.
