Hari Ohm . When you put off the burning light ,the air which was supporting the light takes away the light from the wick . Your body is a like a wick and the conscious mind like the light. When you put off they get separated. Similarly various reasons like disease,old age ,over pressure and stress,calamities etc force the mind to get separated.
