Just as colors are inherent and dormant in white light, thoughts or “chalanam” is inherent in awareness. The quickening is experienced only when thoughts connect to prana or life force. Just as you wake up from sleep, the thought arise from your awareness, then movement is manifested when it connects to prana. Without life force consciousness cannot manifest, and without consciousness life force does not exist. Hari Om
