Hari Ohm. Guru as an individual is needed only at the beginning. In fact, we have to find out the answers of our questions ourselves. For enabling that one shall listen to spiritual discourses of acharyas , read books, do japa meditation etc regularly and continuously . When we do such sadhana constantly our mind will show the path . At that time we will find a suitable acharya. Time will show us the right Guru. So continue sadhana. The rest will happen if you trust in God and yourselves.
