As per the Bible, Jesus sacrificed his life to absolve man of his sins. He preached the doctrine of love, peace and brotherhood and directed everyone to a Father in heaven. Sri Krishna in Bhagavad Gita teaches you the Divinity that you seek is in fact within you. HE shows you the several paths of Bhakthi, Jnana and Karma to reach that Supreme awareness. Bhagavan tells you to develop a Jnanachakshussu or inner eye to have the vision that God and you are not separate entities, both are same. HE teaches you to know the Universality of your existence and move from the gross to the subtle. Sin according to Krishna is a weakness of your mind, that needs to be transcended with Vijnanam.
