Let me explain with a simple example.
Please take the air all around us as Paramatma and the air in your lungs as Jeevatma.
Inner air comes in from outside and goes back to dissolve in the outer air.
This cycle repeats.
Thinking that both are separate is Maya or delusion.
Realizing that both are same and Jeevatma has come from Paramatma and merges with that only is Self Realization or God Realization.
