Dear Rajagopalan,
All four yugas are born out of the quality of the mind. When there is love,respect,care prevailing in the mind it is Sathyayuga. When there are desires for money,position,enjoyment then mind falls into Threthayuga. When mind finds superior and inferior differences then you are in Dwaparayuga. When you degrade yourself and hurt others, you are in Kaliyuga. Thus the mind can live in any of these yugas.
