Dear Ashishji,
Body craves for pleasure and mind craves for peace and joy.
Mind can go outwards to the world and inwards to its source (or the Lord within).
When your mind is too much in ‘body consciousness’, you will enjoy seeing such things and indulging. It will drain your energy.
But as you realize and experience the higher Truth through meditation, you will not crave for it.
The happiness you get through meditation lasts longer and gives energy.
Practise regular Sadhana to understand it.
