Among the Hindu Trinity why does Vishnu not have any children? … Shiva & Parvati have 2 sons (ganesh & Kartikey) …bhramha also have sons Narad.sanadkumar .prajapati daksh and many more manas putra .. But we never heard about Vishnu & Lakshmii having a child… we only know about ram.krishna havingg child. but not have child of proper vishnu form..

First of all please do not think of Mahavishnu, Lakshmi, or Shiva as people with children. The symbolism and personification is to educate you on the nature of ultimate divinity in each of us. The avatars however are humans, hence depicted to have families and human problems. Mahavishnu is the representation of pure consciousness and Mahalekshmi represents life giving nature in all its beauty, bliss and perfection. Hari Om
