As Christans and Musilms bury the dead bodies the element of fire is missing as in the case of Hindus. Your comments please.

Dear Divakaranji,
Our life starts with the heat in the mother’s womb, we get food from Sun’s heat and that food gets digested with the heat in our stomach.
Hindus honour this heat, moreover the germs in the dead body gets destroyed when it is cremated. This doesn’t happen when it is buried. Like other religions, Hindus do not see divinity in the dead body, that is why we don’t take it to our places of worship.
We see divinity in the mind only.
