As I have heard from ISKCON Devotees, is any form of leisure that is not necessary an evil for a person?

Dear Sachinji,
Bhagavatham says, “it is very difficult to satisfy your senses and the mind that follows that path. Very firmly you have to bring your mind to devotion and dispassion”. (refer our notes on Bhagavatham in this site).
When you go after luxuries, you are trying to satisfy your sense organs and the mind that enjoys such experiences. It is impossible to have ever lasting joy from external experiences. So instead of wasting time and energy on such things, spend your time on Sadhana. It will help you to realize the Truth.
HariOm!
