The only mantra is your power to forgive and let go. When you hold hatred, you hurt yourself, but the other person is fine. And when you hurt yourself for a person you hate….is it really worth it? So, you need the power of forgiveness. Even when you hate someone that person is getting so much of your attention. The ability to ignore someone as “not worth your time or energy” is your greatest power. That happens only when you heal your hurt by telling yourself or telling Bhagavan that “I am forgiving him/ her for hurting me”, repeatedly like a mantra. This attitude will make that person so insignificant in front of you. Try it and heal yourself….then let go and enjoy. Hari Om.
