Dear swami, I am under tremendous self doubt. Even before I do anything, I doubt whether I will be able to do it. It is eating me away. Please help me look inside me and find the hari that once had the confidence to do anything.

In Geetha Bhagavan says that the one who doubts will perish.
Look at all the people with whom you are interacting most.
Check their influence on you.
Communicate more with those who uplift your mind and keep a distance with others.
It will help you develop confidence in your self.
Develop inner strength through Satsang and Sadhana.
