Dear Swamiji, A person takes birth in a reputed, rich, aristocrat, religious family due to his karmic wealth. Similarly a person takes birth in a hut with a criminal background family in order to complete his karmic burden. My doubt is why he takes birth again when he has abundant karmic wealth. When he will attain God or merge with universal consciousness..Is it when karmic burden equals with karmic wealth. Pls advs.

Hari Ohm. As long as the mind carries vasanas which include unrealized desires, the debt towards your family and society which you are carrying and the results of actions which have been done already etc are together decide where one will take birth and how long one has to suffer or enjoy. However if one sincerely start practicing sadhanas in spite of the vasanas ,he can overcome it very fast. Such purified souls will get spiritually evolved birth to continue their spiritual journey until they experience the Divine presence within themselves.
