Dear Swamiji…Correct me, if i am wrong. Achieving nirvanam is a continuous process. One has to free oneself from all attachments (‘Bandhanangal’ in malayalam) of this world. Then, immerse in deep meditation. Then, through various stages one might reach ‘nirvanam’. 1. Have you achieved Nirvanam? 2. Could you advise how you achieved it? 3. Is it possible for a normal human being, leading a family life to achieve ‘nirvanam’? Thank you Swamiji.

Dear Dinesh,
For our spiritual upliftment, we have to grow step by step.
When we, practice meditation regularly, do our activities with full involvement and without any mental tension and accept everything with a balanced mind, our mind can slowly enter into Nirvana.
When we accumulate this experience, the mind will become absolutely thought-free. Effortless thought-free mind is on the verge of Nirvana. Once such a mind completely dissolves, it will not come back.
