Dear Girija,
Learn to listen patiently all the criticism which others throw at you. Every criticism and insult, if you take in the right sense, you can see that God is helping you to get a strong and powerful mind. The moment you lose the patience because of the irritation, that shows your mental weakness. So whenever you go through an unpleasant experience, take it as test of the Lord.
