Dear swamiji, how one should deal positively with persons who make fun of you and deliberately ask you hurting and irritating questions? From such persons, i can feel that they don’t intent to rectify me by their hurting questions, they just simply ask to irritate me.What should i say to me at that time? Right now i donot respond to them with words and avoid their taunts by a nice smile, so that they can’t get the pleasure which they were intending to get. i try my best to avoid such persons, but they literally search for me and deliberately come again infront of me with their comments like ‘sleeping all day?, are you ever going to pass this exam? leave exam and go for a job, when is your exam ( they know its answer but still they ask to make fun).i know that person who has higher goals and aspirations in life should be focoused enough to ignore this but what exactly shoud i say silently to my inner core at that time, so that i can keep myself well intact from generate anything negative.

Varun, you know somewhere in yourself that to keep a positive outlook you should have the courage to ignore useless comments. However, your problem seems to be some guilt you carry about your exams or your performance. Are you sure you are putting your best efforts into what you are doing ? If so, all you have to develop is a faith in your capabilities to be successful. But when you know your efforts are not the best, anything someone says along those lines will hurt you. The real trouble is within yourself. Identify that first and correct it. Hari Om.
