Dear Swamiji : i am 62 yers (retired) and presently working in a Pvt Firm. In your answers to my question, you have advised 1) 11 times deep breath and 2) 11 times deep breath with OM without moving the lips. Regularly, i get up at 5 AM and after doing the above 1 & 2, i am ready at 5-45 to view your Saptangam. Is the above 1) & 2) is enough for Medication; if not, kindly advise the next step as you continuously advise Meditation in your Discourse. Thanks and Best Regards, Krishnaiyer Raman Bangalore

Dear Ramanji,
Meditation techniques are like drilling deeper and deeper into your consciousness.
You can use the same technique if you are mentally involved in that.
But if you practise it mechanically, it can not give the desired result.
Then you can use another technique.
What matters is dissolving your mind into the inner silence.
When you are established, you do not need any formal technique as you will be always in a meditative mind.
(You can listen to the Geetha sloka CD in a low volume sitting in a meditative posture).
HariOm!
