Now my health is normal. But I lost my job. I have very complex family problems also. I am very much worried about all these problems. Dear Manu,
The nature of mind is to replay good and bad experiences that have touched you deeply.
When you ponder on good things, your mind fills with positive energy and when you keep remembering bad things your mind fills with negative energy.
A negative mind attracts more negativity and hence invites more negative experiences – in career, family, health etc.
In fact, it is not the past experience that weakens you; but it’s memories that prevent you from seeing that, at PRESENT you are alright!
The shadow of the PAST should not darken your bright PRESENT.
So, you need to divert your attention towards the brighter sides of life.
(It says, Count your Blessings).
Please do Sadhana – Japam, Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation.
Please chant Vishnu Sahasra Namam daily.
When you wake up, offer prayers and say to yourself “I CAN, I MUST, I WILL”.
Please do it for 15 days and feel the positive energy that encircles you.
My Blessings are always with you,
HariOm!
