Dear Swamiji, i have a doubt when i was reading the meaning of vishnu sahasranamam in that eshwara uvacha it says that if one could not read vishnu sahasranamam but just recite “rama” that is equal to the thousand names of vishnu. please explain

If you are unable to recite the entire Sahasranam due to time shortage, chant at least “RAMA” with total mental involvement. That will purify your mind.
It is the quality of involvement, not the quantity of time that matters.
