Dear Swamiji, i hv two questions :1. The consciousness in us is divine and pure and we perform right actions by right thoughts. But many times we perform wrong actions by wrong thoughts. Why?. 2. In Geeta Bhagvan says body is like a temple and easwar is sitting in hridaya (heart). .As said in a reply, easwar is sitting in each cells of the body. When we meditate where we should focus in heart or in each cells of the body. Pls advs..

The pure consciousness is like a shiny mirror that reflects everything as it is, helps us to see the world without distortions, and respond positively. But the Vasanas accumulated in us by our prior experiences is like the dust on the mirror. This dust distorts our vision, we have an altered perception of reality and we often respond inappropriately. By improving our Vasanas by Namajapam etc. we move closer to the Divine consciousness.
When you meditate you can focus on Bhagavan as the base of all existence at a cellular/ Universal level or In the individual spiritual heart located in the right side of your chest. Hari Om.
