Dear Swamiji, I listened to a lot of your prabhasanams and justed wanted to know how to overcome loneliness and bring a balance in our highly fluctuating mind.I do have a good family,my husband is a nice person though he has a very different personality than mine and also has quite a lot of workload but he does try to take out time for family. My in laws are good and straight forward people,my mother is also like that but due to her illness her patient and nice behaviour is changing and she is beginning to get irritated and upset soon.I lost my dad at an early age and my only sibling is settled abroad so I am with my mother.I do have a good and convenient govt job but some people there are really very selfish and jealous people at times. When I came down to Kerala and stayed with family and lived close to nature in my husband’s and my village, I felt joy, belongingness and never felt even a bit of loneliness but I can’t always live close to nature and good people at home in city. There are times when I feel very lonely and like no one really understands me and I lie sleepless in bed for 3 to 4 hours and wake up late and disturbed and my entire day goes bad.I know I have many things to be really grateful for in life but I still can’t figure out how to get rid of these feelings of loneliness and mood swings for good though I do have many short term distractions and solutions.Hoping to get your guidance and experience the knowledge that you share in life.Hari Om
