dear swamiji, I would like to know about aswaarooda yentram..by wearing this any benefit is there?? in that time we need to follow any special routines like avoiding nonveg,drinks , sexual life..etc..???

Aswarooda Yentra is worn for influence. Yentras are only geometric configurations you wear to invoke some powers in you. The power has to come from a Satwik life and constant chanting to energize to yentra. Hari Om.
