Dear Swamiji, In your discourse at TDM hall , you told about hanuman swami ,When lord ram asked hanuman swami what he wants , then hanuman swami told he would like to have lord in three bhavam or forms. The three bhavam or thapas are Shravanam, Japam and Smaranam.
1. Shareerikam thapas means listening with commitment.
2. Vachikam thapas means reciting mantras to purify body and mind.
3. Manasika thapas means tuning your mind with the Lord.
