Dear swamiji, In your lecture swamiji said that the feeling of happiness, depression and tension etc…. are different forms of thoughts. Every body is saying that meditation is no thoughts stage.We feel the inner consious silence while doing meditation.The feeling and understanding of real” i” or consiousness. isn’t that a form of thought? please explain?

No thought is needed to experience your existence as pure “I”consciousness.
When you relate it with any thing else, it is thought.
