Dear Swamiji, is our destiny already decided? I get a bit depressed for some time when i do all the hardwork and i don”t get the result. now i”m searching for a job (because i don”t want to depend on anyone) but is it possible that the company in which i”m going to work is already decided by my mind earlier? so i don”t have to think about all this much but just leave everything to God?

Dear Ramya,
Your company looks at your performance only. Performance comes out of sincerity. Sincereity comes out of dedication. Dedication comes only when you have devotion to the work and devotion to the Lord. If you worship your work you don”t have to worry wherever you work. Every company looks for the skill, knowledge and character of the employee. Character comes only when you have spiritual values. Remember, when character is lost, every thing is lost!
