Dear swamiji, It is indeed very difficult to maintain a calm mind, not to feel unhappy about the past and not to be hurt by words and deeds of others. Also even if we do not want unwanted feelings and emotions come into our mind and disturb us, they do. When leading a worldy life and when we are at work for most of the day what is the best way to maintain a stable state of mind so that we are not affected by words and deeds of others and also we do not do any wrong to others? I understand that this is very difficult to achieve but what is the way?

Dear Anand Mohanji,It is not the world disturbing our mind; it is the inefficient mind that gets disturbed. When we are able to involve in different activities you can cut off one experience from the other, so an intelligent mind never breed over what has happened in the past. Do your pranayam, meditation daily and teach the mind to interact with the people with a smiling face. Even when others show a scornful face it should not affect your pleasing interactions. After the office time, discuss some thing positively with your friends or family members; by this, you can refresh your mind from the negative aspects.
