Dear Swamiji, my second meeting with you has been life altering. I had come with a heavy heart but also with the knowledge that I needed help to alter my present method of living. You have convinced me that it is only meditation that can help our minds from becoming emotionally involved to situations. At Indiranagar, Bangalore for the Bhagvad Gita class, I had asked you a question about how to stop thoughts from entering into our minds and you had told me it is difficult to stop thoughts because of the thoughts we carry from many births. Swamiji, you had also mentioned to me that I should focus on my deep breaths and do Om chants as it will help me focus. But I was able to quiten down the incessant flow of thoughts when I was attending your Gita class but now I’m unable to quiten my thoughts for more than a minute or two. Swamiji, I am desperate to feel the presence of God within me but I have duties to my children and husband. Is it possible off me to feel the inner divinity at this stage of Grihasthrashrama? I have another question in my mind. I would like to attend your spiritual camp at Bhagvatam Village but I cannot stay there as I have twin girls aged two and half. So I was planning to come everyday from Ernakulam from my parents house at 6 -6.30 am and go back by 6 pm. Will I still be able to learn mediation from you? Can it be possible for you to accommodate this humble devotee of God who still does not know about Him completely and would love to get knowledge from you, Swamiji.

You can definitely commute from Ernakulam to attend the camps. The schedule and registration information is available on our website. You are on the right path. Understanding and the will to make a difference is the first step. Congratulations on getting started with meditation, remember some of the greatest devotees were Grihasthas, like the Gopikas of Vrindavan. Surrender all your actions to Bhagavan and live your life as a wife and mother to the fullest. HIS Grace will flow to you.
It is the intensity of devotion that makes your life divine.
