Dear swamiji, one of my cousins is undergoing ivf trearment, during injection time/Followed by injection, having severe pain..she cannt control this pain. Crying all the time. Swami can you give any advie for getting relief from physical pain..

Tell her to chant Lalithasahasranamam during the treatment. The healing powers of that Mantra is tremendous. She should also practice pranayama. Proper breathing is a great way to control pain than crying. My prayers and blessings are with her to have a healthy baby fast. Hari Om.
