dear swamiji, since mind is consciousness,watching the mind without thoughts is meditation,thoughtless mind is athma ,but the mind cannot be kept silent always,is there a state where thoughts never come,and tillwe reach that state doubts will come,kindly enlighten me

Drop all these ‘thoughts’ and concepts from your mind.
Just develop awareness and be a witness to what is happening in your mind.
