Dear Swamiji, This is the first time I’m writing to you and I’m really glad about it. For now I have one thing to say and one thing to ask1) To Say – Finally, I found a spiritual leader who talks about everything and have real depth about what is happening around the world. I really see something unique in you who can make a difference to this world. You are gifted with natural way of explaining Bhagavatham / Geeta in a lay man’s language in accordance to today’s changing world. Thank you for all your videos and preaching’s. Wish you always have this energy, health and power to serve for betterment of the people.2) To ask – what is your opinion about the quote “Leaders are born and not made”? How relevant is this to the current world?

Thank you for your kind words. “Leadership is not about what you do, but about who you are”. Meaning, there are some inherent qualities like determination, commitment, a grand vision, ability to keep people together and inspire others, etc. that makes one a good leader. To set an example, people should see value in you. Though some of it can be achieved with training a lot of qualities in leadership in inherent to your personality. I don’t totally agree that a leader is born with all leadership qualities though. A leader should always be in competition with himself to make himself better than what he was yesterday. In that sense it is an ongoing process of refinement too. Hari Om.
