Dear Swamiji, To reach a state where mind focus in the supreme divinity, There should be dedicated practice of sadhana for for long time in Dharma Karma and Bakthi, how a common man can reach this state in this complicated material world and I think only few percent understand the essence of this. When you involve positively in what you do, it is meditation in Karma.
When your mind is involved in meditation and establishes in the inner silence with devotion, it is Bhakthi.
Meditate regularly and progress in the path.
