dear swamiji, what is the purpose of transmuting sex to superconscious during sexual activity? Is it for getting more enjoyment or for having virakthi? why am i unable to keep my mind on the chaithanyam during this process even though i meditate on the formless?

Dear Archana,
This kind of extreme physical pleasure leads to an ecstasy which is called an empty mind or “no mind”.
When mind is empty, then there will not be any thought, but, consciousness alone is felt.
But it will not remain for long.
That is why, physical union, though it gives pleasure, leads to exhaustion.
But inner union (with the Self) lead to ever lasting Bliss.
