Dear swamiji, after i meditate on the highest point of conciousness ,after which my mind wanders to thtall sort of thoughts both good and bad.So i thought i will keep my mind always on the highest point of conciousness with out wandering. As i am a housewife what is your opinion about this? Also where should i keep my mind when i go to the temple? ie on the idol or on the chaithanyam?

Dear Bhavani,
Meditation means, though it starts with a concentration finally it is dissolving with the Supreme Truth (Chaithanyam). It is called transcendental meditation. Here you are transcending all your names, forms and labels and ggod and ba thoughts. That means reaching the final goal. Once you are able to experience that, you can say that you are meditating. When you come out of your medtation you should feel that you are filled with the spiritual energy. So you nust feel that life is to be treated very lightly. Keep smiling and do all your actions with more enthusiasm and feel that God is with you.
