Dear swamiji, Can common man wear rrudraksham,if then how many mughis is suitable for common man ,what is the importance of rudraksha ?How many mughis for a yogi or somebody who is doing pranayama for 4 yrs?Is rudraksha losess its power if it is not worn for say 4 months.can i use it .
