Mind functions in four ways as follows.
A thought that considers some thing like ‘it is raining’ is from manas.
The thought that reminds you of previous rains comes from memory or chitha.
The thought that analyses this fact and decides to take an umbrella comes from intellect or budhi.
The thought that “I have taken the right decision to take an umbrella” comes from ego or ahamkaram.
