Dear Lataji,
It is possible only when all cravings (including the desire to be content ALWAYS) vanish from the mind.
When you realize that you are very dear to the Lord and HE is always protecting you, you will become peaceful and happy.
Only through Sadhana, that clarity will come to your mind.
