Dear Swamiji! I am 37 years old and in a very bad state of mind i am writing this. Swamiji. I as a human being have failed in all walks of life as a son, as a husband, as a student, as a brother and am repenting for all the deeds that i have had done so far. Swamiji sombody had told me to watch your program in asianet which i had been doing for the last 2 days and has helped me a lot in making my mind calm. Sir, I request you to be my spritual guru as there is know one who can hlp me out in comming out of this mess. I am not able to find a guru who can help me out may be because of the past deeds that i had done. I even dont know how to pray or even praise the lord. my mind is always disturbed.. Pls help…….

Dear Manu,
When you repent for your past mistakes, that makes the first stepping stone in spiritual progress.
As you advance through your Sadhana, your mind will become pure and uplifted.
So do not worry about the past.
(Remember the story of Ratnakara, who turned into Valmiki).
Nothing can pull down a true devotee!
