Dear Swamiji, I have sent you many questions and you have answered me by giving good suggestions. But I have not followed anything. This is something (The problem) I have developed in my life. Loosing interest in everything. I am a divorcee. Now a days I am not sleeping at nights. Somehow I manage to sleep after 2 am and wakes up at 8.30 am (that too not a deep sleep). I really feel bad for my behaviour. I feel very insecure, fear. I am working in an office. Not able to complete my work on time. Very slow in every thing. I am very scared now. I am not sleeping Swamiji. Sometimes I use to think that I am fit for nothing. My brain become inactive. Because I am not able to understand even a small thing, be it an official work, or personal work at home or anything else. If somebody talks to me about something I am not able to understand what they are talking about. I am becoming very unfit for everything. How can I overcome this. Can I overcome this through meditation. I tried doing that also but I am not able to do it. I am worried about myself. Pls help Swamiji!!!

Dear Sangeethaji,
If you are seeking advice from an Acharya or Guru, you should practice what they advise.
Otherwise you are wasting your time and their time (more precious) too.
If you take stale input (food) for your body, you will damage it.
Similarly, if you take stale input for your mind (through your eyes, ears and friends) you will damage your mind.
That is why Sadhana and Satsang are most essential for you.
If you need help, please attend Art Of Living courses and experience the mental shift.
Next time, please write to me as a happy and contended person who has found true meaning to your life.
