Dear Swamiji, I have the following questions 1. What is the difference between Atma & Mind? 2. How to get rid of Ego(which Exits God Out)? Thanks & regards Vaidyanath

Dear Vaidyanath,
Atma is the source of Mind.
The MInd has four functions as Manas, Budhi, Chitham and Ahamkaram (ego).
It is expressed as the Ego when attached with all the above and the body. In this state one gets the feeling of “I”ness and “My”ness.
Getting rid of attachment to everything except God and surrendering every karma to God and become free of all vasanas is the only way to get rid of Ego.
