Dear Swamiji,Im doing meditation regularly for 20 minutes everyday,sometimes sad memories from past keep coming, what to do then?Im married to a man who will never give me emotional support, he will always put me down , sometimes I feel not to talk to him but I can not..how to deal with these husband?
