Dear Swamiji, In one of your lecture, i noticed the following: We are like fish in the aquarium. Four glass walls are the body. Water filled is parematma. Fish is always attached to the glass and they don’t know that the water filled in the tank is its survival. Now my question is that if fish is jeevatma, glass is the body and water is paramatma ie; both jeevatma and paramatma are situated in the same body. If so at the time of meditation, whom shud i concentrate whether on jeevatma or paramatma. Pls advs. regds, Vasu Elayath.

In your meditation you chant long om that help You to drop your all unwanted thouhts then feel that you are living or surviving because of Infinte consciousness and the mind thouhts are appearing and disappearing in that consciousness it has birth death,no age no gender no worries etc and say am happy ,joy ,peace and laugfter .laugh in your mind and enjoy each moment this will transfrom you in to paramathma.
