Dear Swamiji, It is said that jeevatma is situated in heart (hridayanther bagam / hridaya guha) where as kundalini sakthi is in mooladhara. Is this jeevatma and kundalini sakthi are the same. In case kundalini sakthi to reach sahasrara padma, it has to break 6 chakras. But these chakras will be always blocked with negative thoughts/vasanas. How can we clear / cleans up these chakras. Pls advs.

We have to raise our energy level from lower to higher, then only the same energy that binds our mind with the world can unite our mind with the Supreme.
Yoga, Pranayama, Nama Japam, listening to Knowledge, being in Satsang and sharing and caring others will all make it possible, alongwith regular meditation.
