dear swamiji, my beloved grandmother passed away 20 years back and my father still offer the ‘Bali’ every year on her death anniversary. I know “Bali’ is for our own satisfaction of mind, or does the offerings really reach out to the soul? is there any way to find out if the soul is already reborn? HariOm!

Dear Sony,
Bali is offered in loving remembrance of the departed elders.
Understand, we spend a lot of time and energy in finding others.
Whatever time is left with us, discover your own Self through meditation.
HariOm!
