Dear Swamiji, My father died last year at the age of 92 and my family holds me responsible for not leaving my job and looking after him. After he expired they made leave my job as otherwise I might not take care of mother. Now I am jobless and neurotic with heavy pain in the head due to loss of prestige in society and thus unable to look after mother also. I am afraid my condition would get worse and effect my family as well (it already has). What is your advice for me in this situation? Pranams, MM

Dear Muraliji,
There is no benefit in regretting about your decision. Taking care of your mother is the right thing that you must do.
Regret about past is self damaging and anxiety will make your future also dull.
Only with regular meditation, you can develop mental clarity and then you will get the right direction too.
Hariom!
