Dear Nirmalji,
When mind is frustrated with unfulfilled expectations and calculations, one is bound to have anger, fear etc.
As much you are aware about your negative tendencies why can’t you think about your abilities?
Never fall into depression. Negativity is good and a stimulation for positive transformation.
Think about the story of Prahlad, he was tortured by his own people but never lost his mind.
Try to attend some Satsang and regularly practise meditation and japam, by this the cloud of confusion and frustration will leave the mind.
Ever say “even this will pass away” and move on with courage.
HariOm!
