Meditation is not an action we do mechanically.
It is absolutely an inner urge where you are tempted to be in the company of your inner silence.
It is like asking me ‘what time I should eat my food?’.
Similarly this question is coming because you have taken meditation as a duty.
Understand, that is not real meditation.
If your mind is falling in love with your inner silence, you can say you are meditating.
All other things are imaginations of meditation.
